This study examines financial transactions that are exempted from the general rule, under the title “The Exceptional Legal Concession (Rukhsah) in Financial Transactions and Its Impact on the Objective of Wealth Circulation.” The study consists of two sections. The first section discusses the concept of rukhsah (legal concession) and related matters, and then examines the objective of wealth circulation (rawaj) and its meaning. The second section addresses exceptional financial transactions and their impact on the objective of wealth circulation. The study concludes that the exceptional legal concessions in financial transactions are permissible, and that such exceptions have had a significant impact on promoting the circulation of wealth, stimulating the Islamic economy, preserving wealth, and fulfilling people's needs.
