The reality of practicing administrative organization within intermediate technical institutes and its relationship to achieving their goals from the point of view of male and female teachers, “the city of Shahat as a model”

Most countries have paid great attention to vocational education, and many studies have been conducted about it. Because it is an important investment to nourish various professional sectors; In order to reach comprehensive development in all its dimensions, and since intermediate vocational institutes represent an important aspect of the educational structure in Libya, it is necessary to have an effective administrative organization within these institutes. Accordingly, this study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative organization within the intermediate technical institutes in the city of Shahat, using the descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire to collect data. The study population includes male and female teachers of the intermediate technical institutes in the city of Shahat, who numbered (113) male and female teachers in four institutes. Technically, the study reached several results, the most important of which are that teachers do not feel the work spirit within the institute, that the director does not take into consideration the teachers’ circumstances in assigning work, and he does not keen on flexibility in designing the organizational guide.
