Career satisfaction among staff at Alsayyed Muhammed Ben Ali Alssanusi University and its relation to certain variables

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among employees at Al - Sayyid Muhammad bin Ali Al - Senussi Islamic University "Faculty members_ Employees ", trying to find out the differences in the level of job satisfaction among them. The study used the descriptive approach, it was conducted on a sample consisting of "248" who were selected randomly, they were applied to the job satisfaction scale which is prepared by the researchers.  Finally, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The employees of this university enjoy a high degree of job satisfaction, it also showed that there are differences in the level of job satisfaction for university's employees, in front of faculty members over employees. In addition, there no significant differences in the level of job satisfaction for university's employees according to the gender change "males-females".
