Level of positive thinking among university students according to some variables

Abstract

The main purpose of the current study is to identify among university students, as well as identifying the differences in positive thinking according to (gender, academic specialisation and study's years). The sample of study included 60 male and female students from faculty of Arts and Economic at Omar Al-Mukhtar university  Al-Bayda  for the academic year 2022-2023, to collect the research data, the positive thinking scale was used , prepared by Hossam Muhammad Munshed  (2013)The results indicated that university students have a high level of positive thinking; also, the findings showed that there were statistically significant differences in positive thinking according to gender and academic year, but the study did not find differences in positive thinking according academic specialisation.
